1. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Our standard delivery time is 7–14 business days to the USA and 14–31 days for international orders . We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.


2. Does Maisonova also deliver internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. All international shipments also include tracking.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can easily check the current status of your delivery on our "Track Order" page.


4. When will I receive my shipment tracking information?

Your tracking information will be provided as soon as possible after your order has been shipped . Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the information to be updated in the system.


5. What are the shipping costs?

We offer free standard shipping to most countries. In some cases (e.g., remote regions or special deliveries), additional shipping costs may apply, which will be displayed at checkout.


6. What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Should your item arrive damaged or defective, please contact our customer service immediately at maisonova.store@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will find a quick and fair solution together – a replacement or refund is of course possible.


7. Can I return my order?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your delivery . The item must be unused and in its original packaging.


8. How long do I have to return an item?

You can return products within 30 days of delivery . After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns.


9. Who pays the return shipping costs?

In most cases, the customer bears the return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective. We recommend choosing insured shipping for returns.


10. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days . The money will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.


11. Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that, the order is usually already being processed and can no longer be stopped.


12. What should I do if I gave the wrong address?
